CNN reports on ?'s surrounding Hyperion

CNN ran an interesting story last night about the proposed refinery. It appears that the CNN reporter was a bit skeptical of Hyperion and their ideas. The reporter brought up good points about Hyperion's admission of no financing and also the lawsuit against Albert Huddleston for trying to take money out of his wife's trust fund and for never having a successful project in the past.
